Everyone at Financial Synergy contributes to our culture, what it is, who it influences and how it is perceived. Its foundations stem from our Founder, David Orford, whose entrepreneurial style, vision and discipline have led the organisation to become one that is focused on achieving personal and collective success, passion for improving peoples' lives and enhancing the financial security of every Australian.
Our Leadership Charter
High quality, inspirational leadership is vital to the success and continued improvement of any organisation. As such, Financial Synergy introduced a Leadership program in 2007 to create a company environment where all managers are given clear guidelines on how to perform as leaders that inspire, engage, develop and manage our people.
Financial Synergy's Leadership Team is comprised of Senior Management, Team Leaders and other selected individuals who work together to help shape our 'organisational culture' to achieve the company's long-term goals.
As part of this program, the Leadership Team established the Leadership Charter. This charter outlines seven key areas where managers are required to display leadership by adopting the principles of the charter and motivating our people to work towards these same goals.
The Leadership Charter supports a range of organisational development work aimed at building capability from within and developing a high performance culture.
