As a graduate at Financial Synergy you will enjoy working in a motivated, flexible and supportive atmosphere. You will work closely with senior staff and managers so that you can learn from industry specialists. Our senior team leaders are given training in leadership and development skills, and adhere to our leadership charter.

Training

All graduates are given on the job training, as well as formal technical and superannuation training, such as PS100 and PS146. Personal development and business skills programs are run regularly across the organisation, giving you the chance to develop your skills with peers from other areas of the business.
