RAPP Awards The RAPP Awards are a simple yet entertaining nomination program that encourages employees to 'Recognise And Praise Peers' within Financial Synergy. Employees can nominate any member of staff, at any time, for displaying specific behaviours which are important to our company. These behaviours reflect the core values that Financial Synergy is based upon, including:
Monthly Champions (employees who receive the most nominations for the month) spin the RAPP Award Prize Wheel during the monthly staff meeting. Whichever prize the champion lands on after spinning the wheel is awarded to them. The prizes on the RAPP Award wheel consist of weekends away, massage and facial vouchers, movie tickets, gift vouchers, a 'Doona Day' (sleep in for two hours on a work day), and much more! Two names are also randomly drawn from the list of nominated employees for the month who get to spin the wheel to claim their prize. At Financial Synergy, we see the RAPP Awards as an opportunity for people to be recognised and rewarded by their team mates for contributing to a positive workplace. The success of this unique nomination program has been made possible by the motivated participation of team members, combined with the optimistic nature portrayed by the kind of people we employ.
